This Sweetman Sanitation billing update includes a few important changes beginning July 1. Sweetman Sanitation is moving to a new billing software system called Curbwaste. This update is part of our effort to improve the way we serve customers, including better account access, stronger payment security, and a more streamlined billing experience.
What This Means for Auto-Pay Customers
With this change, current auto-pay information will not transfer to the new system. If you were previously set up for auto-pay, you will need to re-enter your payment information in Curbwaste.
We encourage customers who use auto-pay to update their payment information as soon as possible to help avoid any billing issues.
If you receive an electronic invoice and would like to be set up for auto-pay, please enter your billing information in the new system and then contact our office. Our team can help make sure your account is set up correctly.
Fuel Surcharge Beginning July 1
As part of this Sweetman Sanitation billing update, customers will also begin seeing a fuel surcharge on invoices starting July 1. Like many service providers, we continue to manage rising fuel and operating costs. This surcharge helps us continue providing dependable service to the communities we are proud to serve.
