Types of dumpster services offered at Sweetman Sanitation
We have a variety of services to meet your waste disposal needs. Services include:
Temporary residential dumpster service
Customers can choose from 2 yard, 3 yard, 4 yard, 6 yard and 8 yard dumpsters. Dumpsters are dropped off, emptied and picked up upon request of the customer.
Permanent residential dumpster service
Customers can choose from 2 yard, 3 yard, 4 yard, 6 yard and 8 yard dumpsters. This option is available to customers who own their own dumpster or would rather have a dumpster as opposed to rural trash service.
Commercial dumpster service
We work diligently to meet the needs of your organization. Our commercial dumpster service option is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Please contact us to share your waste removal needs and we will craft a personalized quote.
Dumpster Service Rates
Dumpster delivery fee for temporary service starting at $50. There, however, is no delivery fee for a permanent dumpster and we also allow for customers to provide their own dumpster. There is no service charge for the dumpster, you simply pay per dump! Dump fees start at $40.

Dumpster rule of thumb
A few things to note if you are requesting a dumpster.
Construction waste versus residential waste
Construction waste is generated from construction, renovation, repair and demolition of houses, large building structures, etc. Residential waste is disposable materials generated by households and can include food scraps, paper, bottles, plastic, etc.
If you are requesting a roll off for construction waste, it cannot be used for residential waste as the disposal rates differ based on the content of your dumpster.
How high can you fill your dumpster?
As a general rule of thumb, we ask that your dumpster not surpass the top of the container.
When should you reach out to request a dump?
Once a request is made, we typically empty your dumpster within 3 to 5 business days.
