The Sweetman Sanitation team is looking forward to another year of joining in on the Wabasso's Annual Winterfest on Friday, December 6th, 2024! We’ll be joining the celebration as part of the Torchlight Parade with our own festive float.
About Winterfest 2024
The public is invited for an evening of joy, family fun, and community spirit as the Wabasso Area Commercial Club brings the holidays to downtown Wabasso. This 10th annual event promises to be another great Winterfest, with exciting activities, live entertainment, and of course, the grand finale Torchlight Parade!
Schedule of Events
Here’s a peek at what Winterfest has in store this year:
- 4:00 - 6:45 PM: Santa Visits @ Integrity Bank Plus
- 4:00 - 7:00 PM: Business Open Houses + Bingo Cards. Start your Bingo card at Arvig and visit local businesses for fun prizes.
- 4:30 PM: Holiday Movie Screening @ Wabasso Public Library.
- 5:00 - 6:30 PM: Horse & Buggy Rides. Experience an old-fashioned ride through town; pick-up and drop-off in front of the Roadhouse.
- 6:45 - 7:05 PM: Live Entertainment on Main Street.
- 7:05 - 7:15 PM: Santa's Elves Candy Drop.
- 7:15 PM: Torchlight Parade featuring Sweetman Sanitation’s Float!
- 7:45 PM: Additional Santa Visits & Kids Activities @ Community Center.
