Sweetman Sanitation is proud to serve as your new sanitation provider serving the City of Redwood Falls! City of Redwood Falls residents are encouraged and invited to Meet the Sweetman Team on Thursday, August 29th at the Redwood Area Community Center from 5:30-7pm.

Important Dates & Information About Your Service
New Cart Delivery & Changing Your Cart Size
Your new red top trash carts from Sweetman Sanitation will be delivered Saturday, September 14th. Your existing black top carts will be removed at a later date by West Central Sanitation.
Customers will receive the same sized cart they currently have. If you'd like to change your cart size, contact the City of Redwood Falls like you have done in the past.
West Central Sanitation will be collecting their green bottom black top carts after the last week of September.
Sweetman Sanitation carts will be delivered to the front of your house. Regular scheduled pickup will be at your previous location regardless of where the carts were delivered.
Service Day
Your service day will remain the same as you currently have. Service provided by Sweetman Sanitation will start the first week of October.
FAQs
What if the lid of the cart that was delivered doesn't close all the way?
The carts you are recieving are new so sometimes the plastic needs a little time to settle. If your lid does not close all the way, that's ok!
Will Sweetman Sanitation be providing trash and recycling service or just trash service for City of Redwood Falls residents?
Sweetman Santiation will be providing trash service for the City of Redwood Falls. Recycling collection will remain with the existing provider. Recycling cart will remain green bottom yellow top.
I didn't receive my Sweetman Sanitation cart by September 19th, what should I do?
Carts for residents of Redwood Falls will be delivered Saturday, September 14th. If you don't receive your cart by Thursday, September 19th contact us here and let us know!
