Sweetman Sanitation Marshall Clean Up Day returns on Saturday, April 25, 2026. If you live in the Marshall, Minnesota area and have been waiting for the right time to clear out unwanted items, this is it. From old electronics and tires to general cleanup debris, this is a simple way to take care of spring cleanup.
This year, Marshall Clean Up Day will take place at the Sweetman Sanitation Marshall facility instead of curbside collection. Residents should bring items to:
Location: 905 Channel Pkwy, Marshall, MN 56258
Clean-Up Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Current Sweetman Sanitation customers who bring items to the facility during Clean Up Day will receive a $25 credit toward their clean up price. Customers who would like garage pickup may schedule that service for $25, which would offset that customer credit.
What It Costs for Marshall 2026 Clean Up Day

Trash: $10 per cubic yard
Mattresses: $10 each
Box springs are included in per cubic yard pricing.
Appliances/Electronics: Free, unlimited items
Items may include:
- Water softeners
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Water heaters
- Dehumidifiers
- Stoves
- Washers and dryers
- Microwaves
- Air conditioners
Monitors/TVs: $20 each
Items may include:
- TVs
- Computer monitors
Tires:
- Car tires: $5 each
- Truck tires: $10 each
- Larger tires are accepted, with pricing based on size
Customer Credit and Garage Pickup Option
Current Sweetman Sanitation customers who bring items to the Marshall facility during the event will receive a $25 credit toward their Clean-Up Day total.
Need help getting items there? Sweetman Sanitation also offers garage pickup for $25. For current customers, that means the pickup fee would essentially use up the available credit.
Things That Don't Belong in the Trash
Marshall Clean Up Day does not include hazardous waste or certain restricted materials.
Hazardous waste will not be collected. This includes:
- Wet paint
- Pesticides
- Chemical containers
- Motor oil
- Filters
