For Granite Falls Clean-Up Day 2026, Sweetman Sanitation will pick up eligible items curbside.
Important Dates and Times
All items must be curbside by 6:00 AM on Friday, May 8, 2026.
Clean-Up Day is for current Sweetman Sanitation customers only. New customers must sign up for service before participating. Charges are $10 per cubic yard.
What’s Included and Special Pricing for Granite Falls 2026 Citywide Clean-Up Day
Trash: $10 per cubic yard
Mattresses: $10 each
Box springs are included in per cubic yard pricing.
Appliances/Electronics Without Screens: Free
Accepted items include:
- Water softeners
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Water heaters
- Dehumidifiers
- Stoves
- Washers and dryers
- Microwaves
- Air conditioners
Monitors/TVs: $20 each
Accepted items include:
- TVs
- Computer monitors
Tires:
- Car tires: $5 each
- Truck tires: $10 each
- Larger tires accepted, pricing varies by size
Rules and Exclusions in Granite Falls 2026 Citywide Clean-Up Day
- Clean-up day does not include regular household waste or leaves and grass.
- Hazardous waste will not be collected.
This includes:
- Wet paint
- Pesticides and chemical containers
- Motor oil and filters
