It’s time to clear out the clutter, Echo. Sweetman Sanitation is helping with Echo Clean-Up Day 2026, giving residents a simple way to get rid of unwanted items and tackle spring cleanup.
If you have an old mattress, broken TV, worn-out tires, or bulky items taking up space, now is a great time to load them up and head to the drop site.

What’s Included and Special Pricing for Echo 2026 Clean-Up Day
The City of Echo is covering the cost for general garbage and appliances/electronics without screens.
Mattresses: $10 each
Box springs are included with general trash.
Appliances/Electronics: Free, unlimited items

Monitors/TVs: $20 each

Tires:
Car tires are $5 each.
Truck tires are $10 each.
Larger tires are accepted, and pricing will vary based on size.
Important Notes for Echo Clean-Up Day
Please review these guidelines before bringing items to the drop site:
- Leaves and grass must be bagged
- No hazardous waste will be accepted
- Hazardous waste includes:
- Wet paint
- Pesticides
- Chemical containers
- Motor oil
- Filters
- No regular household garbage
